Disappointed

Before I begin, I want to send get well wishes to Keith Olbermann's dad. The guy lost his mom and I think he's still grieving her lost.


Kimbo Slice v. Roy Nelson

It was a good fight last night. Me and my PSN buddy were looking forward to the fight all week, and it didn't disappoint. However, I'm disappointed at Kimbo and Rampage (who has great one and two-liners) because they didn't train enough on getting out of mount and reversing Big Country (who definitely lives up to the moniker.) Plus, I knew that Kimbo was suspect to takedowns from previous fights. The way Roy chicken punches Kimbo was a head-shaking finish.

Give Rashad Evans a ton of credit, because he's out-coaching B.A. Baracus.


NBA REFEREE LOCKOUT

I'm disappointed at the NBA for locking out some of the best refs in sports. These guys (every so often will make terrible calls) deserve a lot better compensation. The players need to give some of their salaries to make up the difference. If they don't expect a ton of fans upset wanting the old refs back.

HEALTH CARE DEBATE

Why can't the U.S. Congress just get the darn thing on the President's desk? One, the Democrats are trying to please the Republicans (who we all know will not support this agenda or any of Obama's agendas). Two, some of the Dems are in the pocket of the insurance industry.

I have no idea what they are waiting for and they better act soon, otherwise 1994 will happen all over again.
